I thought the first busas had the same swingarm forks and rims as the 95 -97 1100s? not sure about pre 94..

Check the discs that are fitted to them. The gsxrs as far as I am aware have flat carriers and the busas have recessed ones. This will mean that the width at the hubs will differ.
Axle diameter, I wouldn't have a clue...

The Busa has flat disc carriers, axle diameter on the Busa is much larger than the water cooled GSXRs. The front guard mounts differently also. I think, but im not sure the fork diameter is different as well.

Lots of the Busa wheels on E-Gay US are listed as fitting other models
Not 100% sure which though. Every ad's seems different.
Normaly something along the lines of....
"96-99 GSXR 750 / 97-2000 GSXR 600 / TL1000R / TL1000S"
Not sure, but wouldn't be suprised.
Be nice to know for sure.
Try OldSkool ?

ozkat is right
gsxr didn't go to flat disc carriers till srad. i am sure that srad.tl and busa are the same. the last of the watercooled gsxr had a straight spoke but still had a dished disc and that wheel i believe is the same as the bandit. bearings can be changed to suit

The Bandit has a smaller diameter axle and the later GSXR bearings will not fit.

the srad and on axle is 25mm but the water cooled and bandit wheel take a 20mm 6204 bearing. the later 25mm bearings are 6205 and are 52mm on the od where as the 6204 in the bandit and w/c is 47mm on the od if you want a bearing to put a 25mm axle in the bandit/w/c wheel you need a 6005 that is 25x47 if you want to put a later gsxr wheel with the 6205 bearings on a earlier 20mm axle then you need a 6304 with 20x52od.
