Spacers & Caliper hanger "92 gix 750

Do I need the spacers and hanger for the water bottle swing arm or can i use oil cooled spacers and hanger[?] Make any sence?

yes you need spacers. you may get away with the slingy hanger but there is no where to bolt the torque arm to.

best getting the w caliper hanger, there is then a spacer between the hanger nad the wheel and of coarse a spacer on the sprocket side
