Brake rotors

I have been looking on a few places to order some rotors for the GSX14 and a few (but not all) say that the rotors are the same on the TL and pre 08 Hayabusa's.
Can anyone on here tell me if this is definite or not?
Also how hard is it, if I were to buy just the rotor, to change the carrier over?

Front Brakes Yes...rear No.
The front wheel is exactly the same as a TL and Hayabusa up to 07...mine has one.
The rear wheel has a larger disc, different caliper mounts and the cush drive is different...a busa rear wheel can be fitted if it is complete with all the bits and bobs.
