Hey I got the exhaust that was on the bike before old mate put the sports system on there.

I like shiney things, so was trying to figure out if its worth selling it to get some cash (fucks me if its even worth anything), or would it look better than the one I have on there now, chopped down of course??

Theres something to do during the week [8D]

Now is there a general rule for how short I should go? or just throw a nikko at it from 10 paces and cut where it marks. Pro Hart sytle.

Personally i would like to still have a stock end can lying around, with how the cops are handing out 3 point $150 fines for loud non-standard exhausts up here at the moment, but in saying that....

chop it

Good point M. Always handy to have stock gear around for rego/resale purposes.
Then again, chopping things up is pretty fun...

Hacked the shit out of this thing to get it apart, and now I'm stuck.

The insides are segmented, I have no idea where to go from here.

Any ideas?

Should I just rivet the ends on and leave it empty? (thats going to be so loud)

Or find a bit of 2"5 pipe, slice the mesh down so I Can wrap the baffle around it and slide it into the pipe, (like how this exhaust was) so basically its a straight through pipe with a huge can like container around it? then rivet the SHIT out of everything?

I needa lie down.
But I cant.. So fucking ITCHY!!

Chop about here and here then drill the remaining baffle to suit the orchestra you require.
