Not real cheap, but it should be quality and reliable.

Doesn't look cheap either, its a bugger when they make it look so good , hard to decide weather to frame it or put it on the bike and get it dirty..[:p]

How much did you pay for it including all taxes and delivery. I am going to turbo my gixxer 1100 (1216) and i was just wondering if it would be cheaper for me to wait until i move to Aus and buy one or get one while i am still in the uk but we are taxed to oblivion here so it might be cheaper for me to wait until i get to Aus.

:D

Alfie, e-mail sent.

I haven't got the duties yet as i used my company's account for customs.
What percentage is your VAT ?
Our GST is 10% as well as import duty which I'm not sure of yet but I expect that'll be something like 10% as well.

Going to see how much it'll cost me to get all the alloy and stainless bits polished today. if it's too much i'll just do it all myself but then i'll have to buy all the shit to do it with.

Import duty will vary depending how it was labled, Bike parts are exempt, exhausts are not, gearbox parts are not for example . If it came by courier there will be a $50 freight gate fee , couriers also tend to pay dutys that may be applicable and just bill you rather than put too much time into checking if you realy need pay it , i get my stuff sent by mail now, sick of paying out for things i don't need to and paying exorbitant freight fees.

VAT was already 17.5% when I left England 10 years ago. I think it's gone up to 20% but I could be wrong.

VAT is still 17.5% but no doubt it will go up soon so mr blair and his band of merry fellows can keep paying benifits to losers and free loaders I will also get charged VAT on delivery costs.

Holeshot have a good reputation over here for quality and reliability

It's a nice looking bit of gear[:p]
Pretty heavy duty construction because as far as I can tell, the whole turbo hangs off it without any other supporting bracketry and that turbo ain't light !

congrats on the new purchase !!!! did you get the carbs set-up for the dynamic boost?
i did not notice the oil feed / return line in your top pic , is it with the kit and does it have a check valve setup ? fuel pump / regulator ?
just curious to know if its a "complete kit" . cheers
