We have somebody who has joined the site recently that as far as I am concerned is the godfather of Streetfighters. If you recognise this bike you'll know who it is:

http://www.streetfighters.com.au/images/gallery/spondon/burns_monster/WebMonster2.jpg

Not only has Steve Burns moved to Perth but he has brought the "Monster" with him. He is the basis of my "What is a Streetfighter" page on the main website: http://www.streetfighters.com.au/ASF_about.asp

You Perth boys need to say hello to Steve and give him a helping hand in this relatively new (to him) country. ...and Phill, he's mates with Jarrod "Jack" Frost as well so you guys will have a lot to talk about.

If you're curious, his username is MotoMax.

Welcome aboard Steve.

Didn't the original "monster" end up in lots of little bits after a stunt mishap? I think I shed a tear after seeing the carnage in PB. Welcome Mr Burns or should we just call you THE GODFATHER???.

fuckin ell Steve, long time no see :D....Remember us, Moog & Deb, from the ultimate streetbikes ???
We moved to Perth 10 years ago, but then we moved over here to the Gold coast about 18 months ago...
Cast your mind back to about 1991, we'd just come back from a year work permit here, and we came to see you in hospital, you'd had that collision at knock hill, we showed you a picture of a place in perth, call "Burns Beach", you can see it for yourself now !!!
The guy with you in the photo, i recognise him, but can't think of his name..

Yer not wrong there, back then when we took that picture, it was only accessable from Waneroo road, and the road was full on bush all the way, it was like an oasis somewhere north of civilisation, look forward to catching up, tell you what, you won't regret the move mate...

I always knew he was cool as f@ck when i saw the pic of him
building his Spondon from a wheelchair !...[8D]

Welcome Mr Burns...Exceeeeelent !

WOW. Steve Burns in Oz. An inspirational man. Never met him unfortunately but the "Monster" was, and I believe, still is an inspirational bike. Pure fuck off raw brawn.
Am trying to decide where to come to when I finally get to Oz. If Steve's in Perth then I would love to come and shake the mans hand.Wow.
