The name came about in the holding area before a race at Pembray, two other racers were over heard saying, if that fat bloke on the bandit wasent as fat he could be quite quick!!! Anyway i decided its easier to modify and tune the bike than giving up beer and pies:D:DHeres the TL finished.

Is the TL registered?

If so where's the tail/brakelight hidden?

fatblokeonbandit
03-04-2006, 07:18 PM
Yup, its all legal, its git a daylight only MOT so dont need brake/tail lights all it needs is a horn and speedo..Well when I say legal I mean that very loosely as the noise from the pipe is ear splitting:D:D:D

Silverdale near warragamba dam has a hillclimb track for those that are interested. For me though I have Maquarie Pass, and yes we do time it!No I won`t put times here. That just wouldn`t be responsible-you know public road and all that!

19-04-2006, 10:11 AM
Have to admit the run up Thunderbolt's way was fuggin fun, Eh damo, so perhaps we can have an annual Hill Climb event.[:p]

Would have to be somewhere in the Southern Highlands, as there ain't no other hills in Aus:D. (I can just see Razor and Rich heading out to the Gunbarrel Highway for a hill climb event, at least they don't have to worry about falling off the edge[:o)])

Definitely in summer though, the tyres don't grip too well on snow/ice ;)

Gix11
19-04-2006, 01:23 PM

As for you Claire, yes, there must be something the matter with you.

dinorider
19-04-2006, 02:47 PM
well then gix heres a possible event for you to think about.any circuit stuff would be fun for an ASF event.hillclimb is probably one of the safest-time trial format.mid spring would be a good time as the weather would be fairer.straightliners then hillclimb.

19-04-2006, 03:23 PM
Hey!!!!!!![}:)] maybe we can jack up the end of the runway[?]!!!??!!!!!

Then we can have a combination straightliners, hillclimb AND Crusty Demons;)!!!!!!!???!!!!!!!!!![^]

Yeah, come on, come on let's do it.[:p]
