Anyone know what these carbs are off?

Got a box of stuff today on the way home . Some parts I need to adapt to 2 of the bikes I'm working on but these were attached to the throttle switchblock. 31mm Keihin carbs. Anyone have an idea what they might be off?

Yamaha used the down draft carbs in the 80's on a few models,mainly FZ's.I remember seeing a twin cylinder turbo that ran low boost thru a plastic plenum and flat slide carbs.Think it was an XS 400 or 600 or maybe XJ.Fuck it was a lemon tho.

In real small writing on the lower edge near the float bowl is TA 10A BG (then a funny looking backward stylised F)

Well did a bit of research and they are RC21 Honda . Some bodgy 250 race rep .
