How do you blokes and blokettes support your bike when doing stuff like removing the swingarm? I usually lift the rear of the bike by the subframe by ropes attached to the beams in my garage. Then steady the frame by placing bricks underneath. Its a bit of mucking around and not really a 1 man job. Also when removing forks i do the same. Is there a better/easier way of doing this?

We use a couple of those car stands from supercheap etc under the rearsets...But you have to have fixed pegs not orignal self folding ones ;)

i made a stand that lifts the whole bike with one push of the handle. it lifts from under the frame.
