Well what do you expect when you come home and she's stripped and polished the wheels on her across and she says "It took me 3 hours and a six pack". What a woman!

Plans in my head stand as follows,
New rear subby
New mini dash
Lose the screen
New bar end mirrors
Stubby can
New paint
New brake and clutch masters
6 spot calipers
Obviously this will not be happening over night. Not unless i win lotto that is.

So I'm keeping the... ummm... ummm... umm... swing arm standard. yeah the swing arm. :D

Hey guys I'm just putting this up for a mate. It's a cracker of an "Old Skool" fighter with LOADS of potential. He's looking for $6000 for it. I'd buy it myself if i had the cash.
It's up on ebay on the link below. you can call Darren on 0423 049 195 if you have an queries or would like to arrange viewing. Bike can be viewed in Brisbane - Southside or on the Sunshine Coast.
Cheers guys.

1992 Suzuki GSXR 711 "Streetfighter"

This bike has been in one family for the past 10 years and the entire history of the bike is known.

The bike is a 1992 Suzuki GSXR750WN model. ( The first of the water cooled 750's but is fitted with a air cooled 1100cc motor.

The motor is a 1127cc motor with a 1186 wiseco kit in it and has been dynoed recently at 140hp at the rear wheel.

In brief the following are stand out extras -

EBC Waved Rotars - Less than 2000klm

BF Goodridge Braided Brake and Clutch Line

Half polished wheels

Pro Taper handlebars/Harris Grips

Customer 4 into one exhaust

Streetfighter twin headlights and LED indicators

Daytona "Old School" adjustable steering dampner

Michelan Pilot Power Rear 180 / and Pilot Race Front 120 Medium

Single Seat Cowl (and seat)

Chrome engine covers and braided lines for oil cooler

Bike is currently registered in QLD - number plate 711 AE and a RWC may be provided depending on the sale price. Currently registered as a solo.

Bike is as reliable as a brand new GSXR and engine is absolutely bullet proof.

No expense has been spared on this bike as I have worked for a Suzuki Dealership the past 6 years.

Bike only requires a few cosmetic finishing touches.

This bike is only being sold to further another project.

All original parts come with the bike. It is only missing the L/H side fairing which was lost in a move.

The bike has never been crashed amd has been in the one family since 1995. Full history of the bike is known.

Mate I may have found the bike but it was my dear lady who found the resources to buy it. If it wasn't for her it would still be a pipedream, and for the record if you look again I never said SHE bought it FOR me, and the price drop was in feb if you take the time to look again, so there was PLENTY of time for me to miss out on it. What I don't get is why you are raggin on me for being excited about getting a new bike. WTF dood?

Britfighter. I dont see what the issue is .. A mate is selling a bike, you post an add for him, no one buys it ... He tells you he has dropped the price because no one bought it and you think .. hmm thats a cool price I might just grab it for myself ... I dont get what the issue is here. His wife says hey we cant afoord it at the original pricer but for that we can ??
Fish.. I think you should call the bike ..PICNIC - Deliciously Ugly 8)
