RAPID BIKES AUGUST ISSUE ON SALE NOW!
Time flies when you’re having fun! It’s hard to believe the August issue of Rapid Bikes is now on sale, and it looks like being the best one yet!
The time has rolled around for the annual 1000cc comparo, and with new bikes coming from Honda and Kawasaki, along with the established chargers from Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati and Aprilia, it’s sure to be a tough contest.
Also in this months issue, Rennie goes nuts on BMW’s sensational HP2 Mega Moto and the Ninja 250 is subject to the Quick Test examination.
It doesn’t get much better for modified bike lovers either. Our feature bike is Leonard Azzopardi’s awesome Nitro-burning Top-Bike contender, all 1200-horsepower of it! Next on the list is Byron Manthey’s turbo sleeper 929, followed by the funky 1960s Funny-Car inspired “Spooky” GSX-R1100 drag bike and Ben Rumsy’s WSBK-style R1.
The first-half of our IOM TT report will keep your eyes glued to the pages, as will the final instalment of the legendary Ron Toombs’s career, as told by his good mate Tony Hatton. Workshop explains GPS data logging, Used Ride for August is the 2003 R6, and our Tuned Ride is the classic GS1000 Suzuki.
Throw in a wild Fighter Days extravaganza story, all our long-term machines, columns from Andrew Pitt, Wayne Gardner and Shawn Giles plus all the latest stunting, street fighter and drag racing news and you have a magazine that simply runs rings around competition.
The August issue of Rapid Bikes is on sale now, so stop reading this and go grab a copy!
