flat slides don't respond well to snapping on the throttle at lower rpms. if you were doing 3000rpm and snap open the throttle it will stumble a bit before it gets going. the stumble was much more pronounced on the dyno than i had ever experienced on the track. if you wind on the throttle rather than snapping it on you will be fine.

my flatslides are very usable for street riding but just remember they are designed for maxium power and there is no vaccum operated slide to smoothen out your rough throttle inputs.

Alrighty ... I got drilled the other day from the GM, which i knew was coming becuase i didnt tell upper management about this event.. But i've also been told that they were very impressed with the result and to do it again..
So i need some dates that are no good for you cats... ie: anything that will get you in shit for being here instead of where your meant to be... Only dates that CANT be used and ill pick a date that fits in for everyone.. these are the dates i cant do it

I've been talking to one of our customers about doing a dyno test and tune day. It'll be the same deal as last time just at a different place, so bring your tools and parts..
New World Honda in nazza wazza have come to the party and asked if Saturday the 7th of February is a good date for it.

Ill need to know some numbers, put your hand up if you'll be there..

Also there is a member who lives very close so we can have an after party just down the road.:D;)

The deal is, $66.00 for two runs one in the morning and another in the arvo
they will provide bbq lunch and any advice needed during the day but they wont hang off spanners.
The day is ours we can go from 9.00 till 4.00
Runs up and down the road are no probs
