My 2004 Z1000 has been down & my bars have always seemed to be very slightly turned to the right, when going straight... When the bike first went down, the handlebars were destroyed & were replaced with new items, so they can't be bent.
I had a bike technician advise me today that the stock rubber mounted risers are slightly bent & would need replacing.
What options do I have other than buying new risers from my local sdealer?
I have seen dirt bike risers on ebay for not much money. Will these work on my stock bars?
Can I get rid of the stupid rubber mount setup without replacing top yokes?
Any opinions welcome.
