One of the Italian V-Twin powered mock-ups for the movie.

Then a trip up the street to the local hardware store netted us a good find. The genuine artical. Apparently Hayes who owned the hardware store was one of Munro's really good mates.

That really is a piece of history mate - even if he was a kiwi ;)
If the real bloke lives up to half the legend on the big screen then he really was an inspiration.
