Longer Cables for bar conversion

Hey guys,
Now that things are starting to cool off a bit I am starting to do a bot on the bike again. Where is the best place to source longer brake lines, clutch and accelerator cables? Do I just send them of to Ben and tell him how longer I want them or what??

i just ran the clutch n thottle cables a different way and bought a longer brake line(about $50) from the local brake shop. they made it to suit.
