does anyone know the base throttle settings.
are the butteflies open at idle or are they closed.
should there be a vacumn at idle ?

Your talking main blades or sec ?
main should be 99% closed, same as carb with vac like carb , only times this would be different is if there were a idle bypass or idle air valve both fairly obvious if you look closely

does anyone know the injector size for a 2002 model gsxr 750...and what fuel pressure they run

I think they will be 240cc and 43 psi, you can power the injector with a 9v battery and measure the flow to be sure.

Thats interesting, how do you hook the injector up to the battery?

9v batt just opens the injector without causing overheating probs and a bit safer when using near fuel & i use longish leeds so any sparks are well away from the fuel
