Cut 2 strips out of a coke can and slip them into your handlebar mounts. The softer metal will vibration damp.

What are the heaviest ones you can get? I have light ones in my GS500 and my damn fingers go to sleep.

A trick I used successfully on a Norton was to completely fill the handlebars with clear bathroom grade silicone. Actually dampened the vibrations down enough so my wrists went numb after 40 miles instead of the usual 20 miles . I've also heard good results from using lead weights in the bars as well.

Take them off and use them remotely.

Stu does some heavy ones. Cost a bit but they stopped my problem: http://ausfr.com.au/cart/shopexd.asp?id=68 Ask him for the heaviest ones. Just plain caps that you are using will have it vibrating like a bastard as they sound like MX bars.

Thats why the oem barends are so big and heavy stops the vibration [^]
