Ok here is the trophy as you will recieve it. Im using this as a couple of the trophy winners dont read their emails so they're still sitting here and its relatively easy to do. First of all it mus be clean.... very clean. Wipe it on your cleanest flanny and make sure it's sorta dry. Anything your assembling into a lifetime memory must not be used as drug paraphenalia if it is seal it with Mr Sheen. Any marks, scuffs or scratches will show up in the trophy and probably annoy you.
It's important to check all four items are present before you start assembly.

You will need to wipe the trophy you intend to assemble at least one times, using spit or beer and buffing it off with a clean flanny. Try not to touch whatever your smoking with your bare hands after you start wiping as the oils in your skin can cause the trophy to stick, i recommend wearing rubber gloves.

Once you have wiped the trophy you then move to applying the tool steel allen screw. I use tooling steel as it's a critical joint and needs to last and remain blemish free as its made for trophys its harder than normal steel. But if your doing a one off piece for yourself normal steel will do, you will proberly be able to get 10+ years out of normal steel screws anyway, compared to 200+ using tooling steel. Pour your screw into a container (i used a washed out milk container for this) To help you not lose this critical part We only use one because they're expensive Then you attach it to your allen key and screw the two acrylic parts together Never use more than 2.5% more turns after the screw bottoms unless you want to crack your trophy!

WEAR YOU SAFETY GLASSES AND RUBBER GLOVES!! This is bad shit! Get it on your skin and it will amuse you lightly. Get it in your eyes and you will be blind, no maybes YOU WILL FUCK YOUR EYES IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS. Try not to breathe the fumes too much too.

Just tighten it up nice and tight dont worry too much about cracks they dont matter, just get a good thick grip. Or you can spray on liquid nails but it will look like shit
Next is Attaching the plate DO NOT USE SCREWDRIVERS OR METAL OBJECTS to help you attach the plate.
Its hard to explain but you need to push, pull, flex, twist without damaging either the plate or the trophy. You can use small pine wedges to help you align the plate but dont bash them with a hammer. If you have wiped properly and take your time you will end up with something like this.
