So in Vic you have to pay a yearly $56 tax just for owning a bike is that for each bike you own? as well as rego and the yearly mot or safety checks which ever it is called.

so the cops WONT be issued with ticket-books when they are riding these bikes, cos if they are only to make drivers more aware of bikes i would assume they wont need to book people yeah?

Of course they will have ticket books mate but they will only be able to book car drivers for motorcycle riders safety I am sure.
