I'm runing pilots on my ZX14, the front feels vague and the back lets go if it's not running really warm, the bike's in a mild state of tune with 180 bhp at the back wheel, any suggestions for new rubber?

one of the new diablo corsa's will stick, will wear out quick though.

Yeah, I did think about them briefly but they may be more suited to sports bikes, someone recommended metzeler M3's but I haven't found anyone with them fitted yet to get an opinion.

I've got Dunlop Qual's. I can't fault them but then my t-rex isn't pushing 180hp

I run Pirelli Corsa's but they are the dual compound and get 4000 k's to a rear tyre, but if you run the soft one you will
be lucky to get 2000 k's and I have no trouble with grip

I run Dunlop Qualifiers on my RF, have never had a problem with them.

I was luck to get 1000 miles out of the back tyre on my harris, ah they were the days . . .
Don't mind them wearing out and as it's getting colder something soft and sticky appeals

What do you get out of a rear?
