It's about time to see if I can convert some of the vertical motion of my blown 1216 into some forward motion so I am looking at about a 3" extention of the swingarm.

Does anyone know where I can buy weld in extensions or have them made ?
If anyone has a long swinger that's already done, I;m interested in that too.

Considering that the front wheel on your bike never much stays lower than 24 inches to the ground, is 3 inches of extension going to make a lot of difference:D

something like this mate?

i get the feeling i will need some also.

i was going to get these made when the time arose.

they are standard to + 80mm over standard. just cut the welds on a 1100m arm and weld these babies in. the adjusting screw is stainless but could easiy use mild steel and get it nickel plated the rest as you would expect is alloy
