wow show my experience i guess [:I]

in 1995 i bought a KX125 i was only 12.

Then in 1998 I bought a KDX200 and put the rebuilt 125cc in the KDX frame set and did some Jnr Enduro days. Loved it. Took off all the KDX plastics and replaced them with all KX gear accept for the head light fairing. Kept the KDX enduro seat (comfortable as)at 15 did all da work myself, there was alot of plastic cutting to do. I have piccis but will need to scan em on. The Green best, Used to love gliding over the mud plains while the 500cc boys sank.

Current as you'll know is the Ducati Monster 600.

Next Street fighter bike is under top secret :D:D[8D][xx(][8][B)]
But can promise its a 1000cc

Suzuki GSX750SZ given to me by my Doctor friend, had for some years until recently, a car pulled out in front of me...bugger
Suzuki GSX1100SZ bought only recently, spent a bit on it, needs more, but back in love with a bike again, will put an EFE engine in it and go dragging again, I should be able to go below my times of 24 years ago.

They are only the bikes I have owned, I have ridden a lot more, one of my favorites was a Bennelli 650 Tornado twin, a great ride, not real fast, just a lot of fun.

CBR600 F3 - turns out it was a dodgey bike and it was repossessed... lucky to get my $$ back.
VTR1000 - loud and fun - had it for 5 years, sold it to some goose who stacked it on a servo driveway within a week.
RGV250 - rebuilt it into a trackday bike.. great machine I miss it.
KLE500 - revived and rode it to the OCR2004 - valves kept stretching.
GSX1100 (current) - nice old girl, really enjoy it.

Just a bit of my bike history since 1973:

1973 Honda SS50-Gotta start somewhere in the UK. Slow, reliable and took a few knocks after hitting black ice and solid objects.
1977 Honda CB750F2-Last of the CBs and I soon understood why. Swapped my Valiant Pacer for it, should have kept the car.
1978 Ducati 900 Darmah-Traded in the CB 750. Great bike, quicker and cheaper than a Z1000 but handled and braked much better. Pissed down for weeks as soon as I got it. Sold it 3 years later to buy some land.
1981 Suzuki GS750-Got it for a good price off a mate and handled suprisingly well. Not good for long distances 2 up with gear.
1981 Yamaha TY250-Did a couple of seasons of competition trials, learned heaps.
1983 Yamaha XS1100-Loads of grunt but handled like a total pig no matter how much I spent on it.
1985 Suzuki Katana GS650-Good little commuter. Bloke was almost giving it away and I sold it for a lot more.
1985 Kawasaki Z1300-Great tourer, bullet proof and the handling was very good for a big bike. Kept it for 5 years and did a lot of miles. Still remember sitting on 240kph on the way back from Bathurst in 1985.
1990 Triumph 750 chopper-Almost got it on the road. Sold it to buy a house for the wife.
1990 Suzuki Katana GSX1100-Great bike for their time. Sold it to buy a house for the wife. A hit man would have been a better idea.
1993 Kawasaki ZL1000-Good bike but handling could have been better. All I got from the divorce.
1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic-An absoloute pig straight out of the crate. Crap build quality, unreliable, fuel economy of a V8 and a death trap at any speed.
1997 Honda XL500-Fun bike for the trails. I should have turned it into a motard.
1997 Kawasaki ZX9R Ninja-Great bike and handled well. Kawasaki dealer did a straight swap for the Vulcan to stop me going to the media. I should have anyway.
2003 Yamaha FJ1200-A good allrounder but sat in the shed after I bought the ZX10. Still got it.
2004 Kawasaki ZX10-A fun bike but hard to keep your licence. Sold it to a mate (a cop). Last I heard it was in pieces.
2009 KTM 690SM-Got to be the best handling bike I have ever owned. Only got it for the twisty bits and adrenalin rush. Brilliant.
2011 Triumph Rocket 3 Classic-Got a Grinnall trike rear end for it now but no time to fit it.
