If it's hit something hard enough to snap fork legs the best thing to do would be RUN AWAY, RUN HARD, RUN FAST and don't look back!!! save your money and buy a running, ridable bike THEN modify that. An impact hard enough to do this type of damage would require a frame geometry check at a bare minimum.

It's not that people don't want to help it's just a 250 hornet ain't the most sought after bike to streetfighter!!! Your best bet would be to try some of the jap import wreckers maybe something like a baby blade front end will go on or you could look at a RGV usd front end. If you want a bike that will "bolt together" then pick one that other people build up like GSXR's (or a 900 fireblade if you reeealy have to have a honda...shudder at the thought!!!)

that little hornet is just a naked CBR250

Front end would be the same.
And as said previous better saving your pennies for somthin better

Yeah well dont know the rule in cane toad country.

I know in NSW you can ride up to 650 if it comes within the power to weight rules

When I was in QLD they gave me an un-restricted learner but it was cause I'd transfered it from ACT and I'd had it for a while.

I have been told that you can pay a little extra scratch to unrestrict your learners too......Anyone know ???

Hey Luke,

If you've fixing a repairable write-off, have a look at this:
