Is there anyone that knows what injecter bodies come close to, or would fit an air cooled 1052/1127/1157cc suzuki motor [?]
Cheers
Mark.

Mark if you measure the centres of your carbs and then have a look on here:-

I'm using K2 inj bodies on my 1127 base engine. It is tantalising close to the dimensions of the k2 but no cigar. I'm currently drawing up some manifolds to fab at the mo but it's taking me some time as my business is taking so much time. There is a thread I think Deano who has photo's using inj bodies onto a bandit engine with standard rubbers but fucked if I can make them fit. I did try believe me[V]

if your carb spacings are 80- 80- 80mm then it looks like you can fit throttle bodies from a gsxr600 (38mm)750 ( from 40mmdia to 48mm dia depending which year) 1000 (42mm to 50mm -Tapered) or a busa (46mm depending what year)You will need to decied if you want hp or midrange :D

Thanks Dave & Danny
standard spacing is 78, 90, 78. and 42mm OD on inlet side.
the closes I can see on the website you gave me Dave was a FJ1300 03-06 model,
77, 87.5, 77 {52mm OD inlet side. (seems very big)}
so I would need to make a manifold.

mark, Danny is right, check with Deano, he has fitted the gsxr1000 TBs to his bandit motor and they have the same spacing as yours dont they?
You can slao adjust the spacing on the TBs so long as they are not 2 pairs like the newer ones are. Im going to add 12mm in hte centre of the zx636 TBs that I am putting on my project GPZ900R.
There is only 2mm difference between the gsxr spacing and yours on the outside gaps and you will need to add 10mm to the centre space which is the easiest one to alter.

I used the 01 gsxr750 bodies ...it took me about 4 hours to strip and respace them. the only problem was i had to get a new center fuel pipe machined and make up a fuel return as well. the injectors in these are good for 170 hp
