I theres a land speed record for the GS500 mate - you should be going for it ;)

Hey Iceman, firstly sick bike I am trying to convince my girl to get the GS500 for her bike so I can turbo it down the track
:-)

just wanted to know how you get on with the Acerbis Cyclope (assuming I am correct thats waht it is) , I am looking into chucking one on my SV650.

I hope in a few years to be able to write a similar progress thread with all my changes.

Seems you have learnt a lot and you have a very unique bike.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Gary, it wasn't the cyclopes headlight but the cheaper version with the smaller globes, was pretty crap if you actually wanted to see where you were going at night.
