Looks like there is a bracket midway along the can. I don't think it'd move too much.

it did touch down a while ago...when I had the other half on the back

since then I've hardened the rear shock....a lot! it was on the softest setting...its now 1 off hardest...good in corners!

and bought a cbr6 to use when she wants to go on a bike....so not a problem!

What's the front end off?? and did it bolt on?? (Please don't tell anyone but I own a F*******E that needs a new f/end)

forks off a zxr636
yokes are 636 with a replica fireblade stem made and fitted (tried to take a blade stem out of its yoke but its made out of butter!)
front wheel off a zx10r
10mm spacers in the zx636 calipers to take the bigger discs
wavy discs off a ZX10r

basically a stem swap will make most front ends easy enough to fit.

next thing is to relocate the ignition. and get a full custom made top n bottom fat yokes

Has this bike been in streetfighters fanmail?

Yes billybob..it was in fanmail, but before it had the new front end and seat unit..

was just a blade with exhaust mod and flat bars...

Hey Yantosh...good to see you on this side of the planet!!

dunno mate...think its gonna be finished as far as it gets...maybe infill panels below the seat...want this one for riding...the new one will be the new project..

the new toy is gonna take about 2 years to build cos I want to do it right...and I'm skint

need to sell the gsxr1000 first then find another crash damaged blade for the new toy
