vehicle mods in W.A.

For those of you who are planning mods to your vehicle in W.A. I was wondering about headlights and what the rules are, but couldn't find anything that said what I can and cant do. If there are no local rules the relevant ADR is in effect. Headlights require an "E" stamped lense to be legal . There are rules about height and number as well but it's late and I can't remember

rules for height are 500mm. pretty sure thats to the center, but dont quote me
