Find some inspiration. Enlist the help of Mike at OCD. Throw some money and what you have lying around the house at it.

OMG (no pun intended!), sorry but that headlight looks bloody awful from that angle, and with a paint job like that the bike needs a belly pan or at least a painted front guard.
I reckon it looked better b4.......... but I'm not riding it so that doesn't matter!

Thanks Stu for validating the choice of the headlight.

Ugly or not I wanted to use something I had not seen done before rather just buy something buy from a catalog or off the internet.

Cheers

Maybe a single square type headlight from the kwak gt's pulled in tight and mount the digi dash in/on the top back of the head light maybe.

Like the recovery of a bad situation well done

I actually prefer it. Looks fresher and more modern. I agree with the front guard thing though but I'm guessing it's carbon fibre which is why you left it right? As for the headlight, have you thought about turning the whole thing upside down? Brackets and all....

When I first saw the pic I thought you'd done an insurance job because you couldn't sell it[:0];)

Bitchfish:
How did I end up in the bush? I wanted to be closer to nature. Nah, I fucked up and made a gumby mistake. Busted bones n shit suggest I don't bounce as well as I used to.

Gix:
The front guard is carbon fibre hence the reluctance to paint it so far. Looking at Crashes' Speed Triple, a painted guard will help balance the look.

Gibbo:
It was a budget rebuild, about the same $$$ you spend on caviar each month so no motivation to do a dodgy. Besides I'm too much of a woose to try something like that on, I even give money back to the checkout-chicks at the supermarket when they give me too much change. Sad but true. As for the selling, bloody typical in the two weeks following the crash I had three people (allegedly with cash in their hands) wanting to come to look at it.

When I read the title, I thought you'd seen the light for a minute God :(
Yes, you can paint a Gix green, but it'll never be a KAWASAKI
Where is the crash pic from? Looks like Black Spur?
