The temp guage is. The entire headlight assembily is off a yammy TW200 sand bike (The white ones with the fat arse tires) the speedo is part of that i just removed the box for the idiot lights and wacked the temp gauge in its place after a tidy up.
i used a TW one over any other (DT 175 ect) because they have little fat wheels so when you plug it into the existing speedo cable it reads right on the nose.
It only goes to 140 though so its a pisser to see it off the dial all the time.
will chop my can down when i find my freakin drill bits

I saw the Wild Weasel Mobile at the Bankstown Show today. Looked alot better than some of the crap that passes for show bikes . Not a bad piece of gear at all. And for a young bloke Weasel was suprisingly a top bloke and all.

Ah Jim but thats because he knows that the way to a frame builders heart is to challenge his ideas on different ways to turn tubing into frames. Specifically presenting me with a design challenge with a mixture of styles. I can build Jap rigids in my sleep but the way to get better is to push the limits of what you do & know. It's similar to a design I did for a Triumph Triple but the owners wife left him just before work was to begin and you know how the rest of the story goes. While there is plenty of work about for boring standard style rigids & such I want to expand the lines of what I do and later in the year I'll be doing more development work on the new front ends we are developing .

What and awesome project! I like it very much weaselman! I had a FZR600 a long time ago, it did the job as a bike should. But seeing this makes me wish I kept hold of her.
