Hi to all, I've been lurking around this site for a while getting my thrills looking at the superb build pics so I've joined up at last.
As an old 2 stroke boy from the late seventies/eighties, my bike days gave way to the usual financial struggles of life and now at 55, like many others, I can afford the bikes I could only dream of 30 years ago.
I wanted to restart my biking with my dream bike- GT750, but a beautiful untouched GS1000 came my way instead - I kept it immaculate as it was for 8 years then bought a GSX1400 3 years ago.
It's got me out of my old school groove and made me realise what modern suspension and a fat back tyre can do, unbelievable!
It's a lovely bike, a K3 in Worx Suzuki colours and I'm trying to get rid of some of the previous owners bling, I'd rather ride than polish.
I want it to look like a lot of bikes I've seen here- as hard as nails, so I'll keep lusting and perving on your great Aussie Streetfighter style.
