Awesome - simple and understated, nothing there except for the paintwork (personally I would have left it straight black but, hey, it ain't my bike) that doesn't need to be there

Mate I love it, love the heaqdlights eseciallly. Makes me want to go powdercoat some shit. Just wondering tho, will your sliders do much if they are attached that low? Are there other places to mount it higher on a slingshot? I'm keen on a set.

Sorry mate not sure i know what you mean by "sliders" ?
Over here sliders are pads you put on the knees of your race leathers to get ya knee down ;)
Ah just twigged you mean "crash bungs" or "Mushrooms" they protect the case,s where they are at a low speed off, if i drop it at a low speed the only thing that will stop me from being able to pick it up and ride off again will be holed cases and oil loss (apart from me comitting suicide) anything quicker than that then its going nowhere anyway but somethings better than nothing i guess ;)

Makes sense I guess seing as my last crash saw the total destruction of my starter clutch case. I always saw them as a measure to protect fairings and tank from rupture. I might just get me a set now.
Very nice. I like those bars

Hey Kaos, nice work mate, absolutely love it, did you do the airbrushing? If so did you use stencils or freehand. Once again, nice bike mate, well done.
cheers Rod

Very nice mate,to me it has the makings of a sf issue.

very nice ride kaos
4 months hay , fark better get my but into gear .
I'm just wondering how much of a pain in the arse that mirror is when you are trying to do a u-turn. I have got some dings in the tank from my bars from the same thing.

recognise that one!
hahaha...Vimto anyone??
Thanks guys, i made the bars from 28 o/d stainless sleeved inside with 1" stainless (to take the internal throttle) and welded them all together with the 1" stand offs for risers gives a much neater finish
Yes Davo its a hydraulic press in there ;)
Mirror clears the tank no problem due to the fact that the bars are so fuckin wide [:o)]
Dampers mounted to a special bracket that was incorperated into the Yokes to tidy up the forks once again and it bolts to the head on the other end which believes it or not smooths out engine vibrations quite a lot
Thanks for the comments guys im glad you like it [8D]
