Hello all,
Been a while since I`ve been on this site. Life gets in the way of projects, wants and needs.
Question for those in the know.
I`m on the hunt for an 86-87 1100 GIX....What the hell are they worth to buy?
I got no idea.!!!
Suggestions from a good one`s, to a bad one`s ?
Any info appreciated.
Cheers, John.

You mean stock and in good condition? Last I heard they were hitting around the $15k for a mint condition collectors piece, otherwise around the $8 mark: http://www.autotrader.com.au/motorcycles/suzuki/1100cc

Good luck finding one (1100) under 8k if it's any good.
Becoming just a bit collectable the old oilers.
Apparantly, don't quote me, Suzuki are remanufacturing the parts of these older models as the aftermarket scene has been going off.

Holy shit hey!!!!
Well.....so much for that idea. I`m totally out of the loop.
I`ll just keep on collecting Gen 1 Bandits I guess.

Thanks Nudie,
I was after a complete bike, eg: all fainings and the likes of. I didn`t want to fighter the bike, but have it as a period piece.
The price is close to what I was thinking though, and the year is within my thoughts. 86-88.

I've got a mate here in Rocky that has one. I'll shoot him a message see if he'll part with it.

Ha Ha, now now...don`t be like.
Its all part of self lubrication, and the engineers intended for these traits.
