hey dudes, um i finally got round to putting the magnetic sensor on the wheel yesterday and it was workin fine. got up this mornin and it was giving me all kinds of readings for a few minutes then just went to zero and is now not reading anything [V]. and yeah the magnet is still there lol. any solutions??? (acewell 3963)

nah but i can describe it, the pickup is on the lowerhalf of the fork and the magnet bolt is through a slip on the disc brake. it doesnt line up parallel and is on an angle but it was workin fine. have u ever herd of anything like this happening ben? tacho stopped picking up a signal too, weird

because the tach isn't working either it sounds like you could have a dodgy (earth) wire somewhere.

Those magnets on diugital speedos are very sensitive to spacing as well. They really need to be set spot on distance wise. just a mm made all the difference with mine.

Head down to Jaycar and get some earth magnets (very magnetic), stick em on with some epoxy. It should help you out.
