What do i do make hole for pivot bolt bigger to accomadate bigger bolt. Or find way.to.get custom made inner spacers and bearings to work with kats pivot bolt. Any help would be awsome. Thnx

I think you mean 22mm vs 24mm - opening up the hole 2mm should be safe enough. But only a good machine shop will have the gear to do it safely.

Unless you have access to a big drill press and can drill the pivot boss nice and square.

Should be able to get some spacers/sleeves made up and retain the stock swinger pivot. Hit up Trav with what you need I am sure he could sort it

xa-mont on the forum send him a PM. Should be able to make a spacer/sleeve to use the stock Thundercat bearings with the Kat pivot or get some bearings with the correct OD and ID

It's not a Katana - it's a teapot :)
