Ram air / Kleen question

So finally pulled the tank/ air box off to see what the previous owner had been up to. The ram air mod has been done with the line plumbed into the airbox pre filter. The Kleen system is intact so was thinking of removing it and using the post filter inlet from the Kleen system for the ram air instead. It will get rid of a whole heap of clutter from under there.
Only thing is all the ram air mod write-ups say to have the balance feed pre filter. Can't really see any difference by having it post filter but just wanna see if anyone has any experiences either way

Only diference but it would be minimal and prob so slight but maybe a pressure difference pre to post filter . You been in the west aus section and seen we having a beer tour next month come along
