In my crash, the front tyre was pushedinto the middle and right header of my previously awesome akra system. Everything from headers back is perfect. The bike still starts and runs, even with the dented headers.
Can you pull dents ( not creases) from headers?
My wife has pics of headers on her phone, I'll post them when I can.

Otherwise I can buy the headers as spare parts from akra for almost the same cost as the whole system, or maybe mate the back end and can of the akra to the yamaha headers on the new bike, like an akra slip on.

Ideas?

Could you "freeze" them out the way you pop dents out of a fuel tank?

This is the internet. I was hoping that if I didn't post pics of my crash, it didn't happen.
It hasn't worked so far.

I've used water and put it in deep freeze to push out dent in header worked well.

How do you stop the water expanding out the ends, how do you cap the back end, header end I can figure out but what about the back end.

Plug it pump some air into it and gently heat the dent till it pushes out. Thats how I used to do it.
