Now my old clunker has been around in one form or another for a while... Buuut I got the itch again.
Heres how it stands atm...

Stats are a refreshed engine, APE manual cam chain adjuster, 40mm rear lift, 20mm front drop, full hell lines front back and clutch, early model carbs (Bigger) with stage 3 re jet and pods, rebuild front end and soft pads, bar end mirrors and full Vance and Hines 4 into 2 into 1 exhaust with alloy muffler. Center fairing is removed with a re molded belly pan and new mounting plate for the oil cooler.
Its a little rough in spots but its all original in its wear and tear but being a streetfighter rider I needed to juice it up a bit.
So its stripped and the wheels will be sent off to paint and some things turned up in the post today.
First off is this...

Its a friggin work of art. And yes the headlight mount is carbon fiber. Its wider than the original and needed some cutting of the fairing subframe to fit (I.e. the section the original light sits) but it fits up great.
Second is this...

This is due monday I hope so I'll have it all mocked together and a pic for you then.
TillerRider on here is doing the paint for me so stay tuned. It will be the same as the original paint on the bike and the wheels will be gloss black.
I'd like to do a front and rear end conversion but to be honest with everything rebuult this goes and stops pretty damn well. (Excusing my fragged thermostat at NFR this year)
Stay tuned.
