My new from china rad that I put on my VFR 12 months ago has a few random leaks, so rather than replacing with another one (that i need to modify) I want to get a custom one made that is perfect.
It will be about 350mm wide including tanks, 150mm high, a 40mm core, and then some mounting points for brackets, etc.
Any ideas?

Get a core made then get Ben to mill up some fancy tanks and weld them on. Brilliant.

CNC one piece tanks? Now you're thinking!
they are expensive thoughts though.
I was more wondering if anyone had recommendations for a custom radiator place.

Melbourne based but have a good rep and do custom radiators. Worth a phone call to I reckon

The rad I had made for The Thing was from a mob called Hyperflow here in the Gong. CNC tanks with a stock core they had for dirtbikes. They put the outlets and mounting points where I wanted. I paid about $400 sometime in 2006. Then I chucked it down the road and they replaced the twisted core and used the old tanks for about $250-$300 (just in time for me to ride to PI for the GP and fuck the core one last time)
