new bike market is starting to look tasty, see they are talking 220ish HP on the street model. ive been keeping a eye out for info on the next r1 due later this year and they are also talking 200+ HP. good times ahead!

The hype will kill this one for sure. Why they make a prototype that nobody will ever be able to buy beats the crap out of me? Batman meets Top Gun. The "Skully helmet" fans will be wetting themselves right now.

300hp track H2R get the attention

200hp (in a short light sporty bike) go's on sale later)
and someone will soon find out how to tweak it.

Nice to see something that's not just minor tweaks again and again.

We used to have "landmark" bikes that really were a step apart from what came before.
CB750, Z900, original Blade, 1st R1, the 86 GSXR1100, the 99 Busa etc etc.

Only thing for a while was the BMW but that isn't THAT great as some race classes have shown.

A 200hp Supercharged Sportsbike in it RESTRICTED form? Yes please!

Perhaps it's time Suzuki woke up, pretty crap line up
and the big news is a 1000 that looks like the competition
and uses a 6 year old GSXR1K motor.

Being a Kawasaki guy if the road version is any good im seriously considering opening the wallet for one.

I can see a very nice fighter under that bodywork.

I'm expecting them to be silly money.
V-Max plus a bit and a limited edition badge?

It's the first bike for ages that's made me think "it's not a Suzuki but I want one"

One question about the 300hp R version, if its track only where can it be raced?
What class lets 1000cc IL4's with Superchargers ?

They are only making a limited run.
Perhaps its a wank job like the desmosidichi

But it could also be an attempt to get a jump on emmissions for the future? Especially in Euro spec.

Fuck that blue suzuki is as ugly as sin.
And they don't get points for finally making a Z1000 contender 3 years to late

Well If the words from Kawasaki are true its all a big wank which has me very dissapointed. It seems the road legal bike will be a limited run only with a price of around 25,000 english pounds for you in blighty and only 25 to be made avalible there.
