My long desired new toy

I finally got an opportunity to buy a particular model bike I've been wanting to get since 2006 and admired even as far as in the 90s when I first met Des and had a look at his old EF.

Currently has 1190 barrel and pistons, larger jets in stock Carbs. Apart from that, pretty much stock apart from paint and pipe.

I've got plenty of ideas on what I want to do to it but limited funds meaning progress is going to be extremely slow.

Ideas as follows:
USD front end
Acewell dash or equivalent
4.5 or 5.5 rear wheel conversion.
New paint scheme
Later on..... A possible rear end/swingarm upgrade.
