I have finally got round to fitting my K and N pod filters and Stage 3 Dyno Jet kit. I am running 150 main jets with a cut down Scorpion end can and the motor pulls cleanly with no real flat spots all the way through the rev range. I have been considering advancing the ignition 5 degrees, but wanted to ask if it was really worth while doing.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated
Cheers
George

I forgot to mention that the bike in question is a 1200 Bandit

I have done it on my B12 and it certainly is worth it. Much better throttle response and a pony or three increase...

Thanks for that Crisecontrol, I think I will give it a go. Maybe try and find a Dyno afterwards to see what gains all my hard labour has given me.

Did my B12,

Used a USA "Factory" 5-deg advancer.
A little crisper, motor wasn't happy untill it
warmed up on cold English winter days though.

Was told to pull it out when I fitted the NOS.
