Michelin had a concept called the "Tweel" - very similar, but went no where.

They look great for slow rock hopping( as long as it's all neat) but some hp and side ways action would fuck their shit right up

Cost would be through the roof , you prob can't change them yourself , and likely have to buy a whole wheel when the tyres fucked. Some go in a tubeless tyre is almost as good and uses all stock components so why bother with these ?
