right im on the hunt for something as a new project , a few bikes ive been looking at that are avalible at the 2 grand mark to me are :
k4 gixxer thou stolen recovered rep writeoff but is real doggy looking ,no plastics and needs a tank also a fair bit of work , to rego it requires restore to factory look tech inspect then rego inspection before even playing with it
95 gixxer 1100 water job QLD reg no fairing has had a hard time at some stage as a stunter or something still looks and sounds okay
96 srad gixxer 750 complete but qld reg
originally plan was to get the k4 as a trench wench 2 project but for the handful of times the dirt drags are on id keep the one i got , so what do ya think i dont know much about the srads other than the 96 was carb model , the gixxer 1100 are good but done to death , and the k4 will be a headfark to rego and prob more $ than its worth
