thanx Si...even better...im going into the Port Dock hotel Aat Pt Adelaide on tuesday to help the manager brew a batch of beer...if he think i know what im doin...he.s gonna put me on as head brewer of 1000 litre setup brewing english ales and possibly have my brew on tap as a speciality beer as well..BRING IT ON
