That was rad. I wish we had video cameras back in our day. Only the posh kids parents had them. The FS1E and Gilera races down mate's gravel driveway will have to stay in my mind, just like the scars they left. We used to get pissed and end up doing two up wheelies on the little FS1E and flipped it all the time. You just didn't give a shit then.

The first time I got on video was when I was 21 at college, you can see it here if you forward to 2.20 - I had a brand new ZZR600 at the time which you'll have to imagine but then you have got 10 years on me Mel!:

Remember it like yesterday Billy with FS1E, SS50 and the Jap 2 stroke 250. Got my motorcycle licence 40 years ago in the UK. 2 years later I was in Oz riding Kawasaki 900 and Honda 750. Its a miracle I'm still here.
