94 gsxr750 rear shock

So I'm going to change out the rear shock to something newer
I was told the 2007gsxr1000 rear shock bolts straight on...
Do any other rear shocks from other newer bike fit also?....

I have a K4 shock in my 7/11. I think from memory all u need is to flip that top shock mount upside down...

K1/k2 shock needs a spacer plate and a small amount of grinding on dog bone rocker

Yours is a k1/2 1000 shock

You only need to turn the mount upside down as lance mentioned.

The res gets in the way if you are running an airbox and the battery needs relocation to from memory
