.OK, for all you oldskoolaircooled GSX aficionados. When I put my crankshaft in to be rebuilt the tapered generator end (left side) of my crankshaft was all chewed up and gouged. Billy very kindly replaced this part with an all new, perfect condition end crank web. Unfortunately for me, and even more unfortunately for me that I didn't discover this until almost a year later, Billy had replaced my crank end with a later model GSX web.
What this means that the crankshaft OD where the starter gear and needle roller bearings locate is now 29mm rather than 25mm, the ID of the starter gear is now 35mm rather than 31mm and the taper is now 1/7 rather than 1/5

So what I need and need quite urgently otherwise I can't get my bike wired and working, are a starter gear, a rotor and probably starter idler gear. I'm hoping that these parts might be readily and cheaply available as they're the first things that racers remove as they're just dead weight, essential on a street bike though. Gammaboy has already given me some people to talk to but I'm hoping that I can source these locally as they are weighty items and would cost a lot for shipping. For visual reference
