I just installed a quickshifter and the PowerCommander website say's to simply enable it in the Command Centre software but the CCsoftware for the PC3USB doesn't have the tab in the drop down menu ? It's all supposed to be compatable, am I missing something simple ?

Anyone got any suggestions while I'm waiting to hear back from DynoJet

Have you installed the disc for the quick shifter, I will plug mine in in the morning and have a look

I had to start the bike, turn off the PC3 software, run the Quickshifter software and then close it, then open the PC3 software, all while the bike was running................ now I can't get it to change if the engine is under heavy load, I'll keep working on it but it's wareing thin.

what break time do you have it set at?

you shouldnt have to do it while the bikes running just make up a diy 9 volt plug from one of these

and a couple of tiny crimps from jaycar.

I think it's fucked, I dropped the rev min to 1000 and lifted the kill to 150ms, set the little red arrow to trigger as the shifter was smack on shifting and still nothing.

So I took it off the shift lever, put the bike on a stand, ran it to 3k in second and pushed the quickshifter in and it didn't cut the engine, I'm thinking it's fucked.

You can check the contacts with a multimeter to make sure that it is making contact
