As much as i dont like to put anyones bike down......... no matter how trick and special you make the bike, no '99 fireblade is worth that much money. if the guy gets that much for it then fair play to him.

Shit even my effort might get 50 gorrilas. That is pathetic. I don't understand wanting to ride around on a polished bike with "sci fi" plastics etc. A bit like camo pants and simpsons helmets on a scooter. Each to their own. But that is wank.

i dont mind it either - i like polished bikes with sci-fi plastics. Its just another style. Its gotta be ridden tho otherwise its kind of pointless. Like a ducati rider without a latte ;)
Not worth 200k usd tho - good luck to him.

Have to agree with the old school comments. The radical Euro styling never appealed to me. My Bandit was about as far down the tripped out bling road as I would ever go. Ben managed to find a good balance with the Judge, but it is a show bike so its more fitting. As for riding something like that one. I would fully expect some guy who looked like he should be in the viallge people to make me an offer if I got around on something that looked that..... um.... gH3y
