SOLD......

As stated I have a baby gixer for sale.

1989 250.

The engine is apart for a new clutch and shift forks, top end is still together I just flipped it over and started taking it apart from the sump. All the panels are good except for a crack in the tail (it passed a RWC with it) tyres are good if a little old, discs are all good, fork seals were replaced about 18 months ago.

So I'm looking for offers around $600. It is worth more in parts.

I will be able to assist with transport to south east Qld in the next couple of weeks.

Looks like this when it's in one piece.

I had no idea this model even existed! Never made it to the UK anyway....(well, as far as I am aware that is).

Looking for the parts (clutch plates) on ebay leads me to UK suppliers Si, there seems to be heaps of parts for them over there. The 4cyl 250's here are the same series engine though I think......

The plan was for a 400 gixer transplant, but the bloke that promised the donor bike never came through. I've considered an RG 250 donk and myself and Jimmy were talking about trying to shoehorn a GT750 into it ..... hehehe

It is now officially taking up room so it has to go, if it doesn't sell I'll break it up and keep the front and rear ends and ebay the rest.....
